IEP Checkup

Some families are interested in a legal opinion about whether there appear to be any potential problems with their child’s IEP or 504 plan and tips on what to do to fix those potential problems.

Philpot Law Office P.C. offers this service, which includes an examination of your child’s IEP by an attorney and also by a licensed specialist in school psychology or an educational diagnostician.

The examination of up to 120 pages of records pertaining to your child would include the child’s IEP, a client questionnaire and the most recent school and/or private evaluations of your child.

After this review, you would receive a written response to your request for an evaluation of your child’s IEP.

The cost of this service is $600.

Contact Philpot Law Office P.C./LLC for more information about this service.
